I was digging around in a box of ATCs I had made and decided to make a couple of them into cards. I’m not sure who makes the “Dream” or the circle stamps. The flourish heart is by Quietfire Design.

The flowers, by Stamps Happen, are stamped on a piece of acetate with Stazon Jet Black ink. This is a really large stamp, so I only used a portion of it. I then sewed the acetate on to an alcohol ink scrap. Kind of a kewl look, don’t you think?
Thanks for stopping by!

Don’t you just love this stamp!!! I used Prismacolor pencils and odourless mineral spirits for coloring. I made the diamond background using the Scor Pal and added a bit of wire as the embellishment.
Stamp: Stampinbella
Ink: Ranger’s permanent India Ink
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Here are a couple of more cards where I have stamped on watercolour spray backgrounds. Actually, these pieces were cut from the scrap paper I had used to protect my workspace. I stamped the images in India ink. These were really quick cards to make. It’s funny how sometimes the really easy cards turn out to be the most eye-catching. What do you think?
Thanks for stopping by and I wish you all a wonderful day!

Absolutely no stamping on this card but it sure was fun to do. This is my first attempt at doing a 3D card. Thanks for stopping by!

I've been searching high and low for the perfect pencil case(s) to hold my pencil crayons. Not finding anything suitable I decided to make my own. And, it didn't cost me a penny! I had the doggie prints kicking around, as well as some remnants from making table runners. I added some small doggie charms and cord from my stash, and voila!!!!! Now I can take them "on the road" in something a little more stylish than a ziploc bag. And, the best part, they are sorted by color.

I don’t know about everyone else, but I am so anxious for spring to arrive. So, I thought I’d try to push things along a bit by giving my blog a facelift to welcome Spring.
Many thanks to my friend Kim for suggesting Windows Live Writer for writing my blog postings. It’s so much easier.
Please feel free to leave me a comment. I’d love to know what you think of the new “look”.
Thanks for stopping by and I wish everyone a wonderful weekend!
Hi everyone!
I'm sure some of you have wondered what happened to all my daily postings. I was doing so well there for awhile. LOL.
I've been in a bit of a funk this past week as last Friday I lost my full time job and now I don't know what to do with myself. It's so strange not getting up and going to work every day. I've pretty busy this week though getting stuff done (updating the resume, car servicing, registering with employment agencies, etc.). I even had a job interview this morning. I think it went extremely well. Now, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I should find out next Tuesday or Wednesday after they have finished the interview process.
So, now I'm going to try and become a better blogger and have stuff to share with you everyday!
Thanks for stopping by and wishing you all a wonderful day!
