I know, long time no bloggie. What can I say; it’s either stamp or blog. LOL. I’m going to try updating my blog on my lunch hours at work and see if that works any better.
Anyways, enough of the blah-blah. Here’s a card I made a while back and I love this colour combination. I find it quite striking. I used one of my favourite text stamps from Hero Arts and the Spellbinder butterfly die was run thru my Cuttlebug.
Thanks for stopping by for a peek!

I was definitely on a roll when I did these cards. I followed the same process for each of them; painting the rubber stamp with H2Os, slightly misting with a mini mister and then stamping on to white cardstock. My Cuttlebug definitely got a workout too. LOL
I think I like the last one the best. How about you? Do you have a favourite?
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

I seldom use my coloured embossing powders. Actually, heat embossing is something I rarely do.
For this card I stamped the image (stamp unknown) on a piece of matte, silver paper, added some blue embossing powder from my stash and heat embossed. I layered the stamped image on to silver, mirror cardstock, and then on to some matte, blue metallic paper. This was then mounted to another piece of silver, matte cardstock that I dry embossed with a Cuttlebug folder. I then randomly sponged the piece with Versamark ink and sprinkled on some more of the blue embossing powder. I’m tickled pink with the final result. What do you think?
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by my blog.

Sorry for the crooked scan and the scanner likes to throw in a pink hue that is really not there. The heart was stamped with Versamark ink on black glossy cardstock and heat embossed with fine detail white embossing powder. This was mounted to a Cuttlebug background and then on to a white card. I added some black peel offs to finish it off.

I believe this snowman stamp is from Stampin' Up. I colored the image with watercolor pencils and used the Snowflake Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background. Stickles were added to the snowflake punchies.

I had a great time making this card and I actually made six of them in one evening. I stamped the branches (Stampscapes) on a piece of white cardstock. Then ran a second piece of white thru the Cuttlebug using the Snowflakes embossing folder. Using my circle Coluzzle I made a "window" in the embossed piece. This was attached over the first piece of stamped cardstock. I stamped the birds (Inkadinkadoo) twice with red chalk ink. The 2 birds were cut out and the foreground bird was cut from the other stamped image and adhered on top of the other birds with some foam tape to give some dimension. I colored the chests of the birds with H2Os and added some Stickles. The berries on the branches are colored with a red gel pen.

This is another card done with cream and gold. The house stamp is from Magenta and I love how it turned out with the gold embossing.
Hope everyone has a wonderful, creative day. And, thanks for stopping by.

I love the simplicity of this color combination. The trees from Stampin' Up are embossed with gold e/p. I've used my Coluzzle and Nestabilities and of course my Cuttlebug Snowflakes embossing folder.
Thanks for dropping by!

Here's another card that is done in cream and gold. I love this little angel. Isn't she just the cutest? Sorry the scan isn't the best. There really is no pink on this card.

Isn't this little guy just so cute!!!! I colored him in with alcohol markers and added him to a pierced piece of cardstock. I so love my Tim Holtz ruler as it makes paper piercing SO easy. The Cuttlebug snowflake piece was highlighted with French Blue chalk ink. The punched snowflakes are covered with Stickles and I've added some teeny gems for some extra bling.
Thanks for stopping by.

This is an anniversary card I made for my daughter and her hubby. The image is colored with H2Os and really has a lovely shimmer to it in real life.
